Bioecology

Today more than ever subjects such as Bioecological Architecture and Biobuilding are of great interest and necessary. Building and living healthy, attention to saving energy and the prevention of pollution are what have characterized the Sugaroni kilns from the beginning, producing hand-made bricks and tiles that are biocompatible and produced in respect of nature.

Sugaroni and bioecological architecture

The idea of ecological alternatives, above all in the sectors of homes and small educational and cultural buildings, goes back to the Seventies. There were many architects in the following decade who worked with natural materials, setting off a system that led to the development of a real sensitization to ecology and responsibilities.

Ecology is the byword from no-tech to high-tech architecture, thanks to the use of technology and the computer sciences.
There is a third path between low- and high-tech architecture that has become particularly popular in central Europe. Essentially it differs from low-tech architecture in its contemporary image, favored by the intelligent combination of traditional materials with innovative industrial products.
The right point of view midway between the “No to technology” and the “Yes to more technology” takes into account comfort following the rules of nature.
