Perugia – Cathedral

The interior of the cathedral in PERUGIA (UMBRIA), terminated in 1490, is not particularly unified in style. The side chapels contain paintings, inlays and sculpture by well-known artists. Of note are the Descent from the Cross by Federico Barocci in the Chapel of S. Bernardino and the wooden choir stools by Giuliano da Maiano and Domenico del Tasso in the apse.
